LADD

I've lived at the Ladd for 2 years and just want to say that it's a great place to live. Its A+ Rated, Reputable, plus they are always available when needed. I recently had maintenance work completed and they notified me promptly and also arrived on time with gloves/masks for protection which made me comfortable, especially during COVID-19. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I would like to say Thank You to the Ladd team and maintenance for making my stay here feel very welcome and secure.

D. Jenkins came to my apartment a few days ago to do some minor tuneups. He was intelligent, polite, very capable. And gave me a great deal of information about certain devices in my apartment. I was sorry to see him go! Certainly one of the best maintenance persons I’ve ever encountered! Made me feel much safer here.

Safe and convenient walk to downtown and all things Portland cultural, we've lived in the Ladd for two years and about to renew lease for a 3rd. Our neighbors are our family and besides the best spacious and bright apartments, we have the best events, like wine night!
