Lenox at Patterson Place

I had the chance to tour this community a couple weeks ago with the assistance of Emily and Kate. There any many lovely amenities that are included with the beautiful apartments. During the tour, they took their time showing the property, I did not feel rushed at all and I felt as if they truly care about my concerns and questions. I also really appreciate the fact that I was not pressured into the commitment of renting from the property, they allowed me time to think about the decision. I have had many questions since the tour and have never had any issue getting in contact with either employees. I can’t wait to get moves into the new apartment!

I recently visited Lenox at Patterson Place Apartments and had a great experience. I was greeted by the friendly staff who were quick to answer any questions I had. The apartments offer a great layout and had a very spacious feel. The apartment offers lots of great amenities and is also close to lots of shops and restaurants in the Durham and Chapel Hill area. Definitely a place to check out when looking for your next place! Highly recommended!

I really enjoy living here the people are nice. I love the laddies in the office they are always so helpful and every month they provide fun events for the community here. The maintenance crew are very friendly as well and are on top of every maintenance request. Very dog friendly here. The area is also nice because it’s near a lot of stores and restaurants.
