We had an extraordinary experience at JewelSmith with Katherine’s lead. We immediately felt at ease looking at engagement rings and then wedding bands. The sky was the limit for our choices! Elements from one ring were added to another, and model was 3D printed. One of the unique aspects to our engagement ring design is as that we wanted a sapphire as the center stone. Katherine was able to provide several options of color and size appropriate for the ring design. AND when we told them that we moved our wedding date, they made it all work! A custom ring and a men’s ring in less than a week after design! We are so appreciate of their craftsmanship, kindness, and dedication. Every day when we look at our rings, we are reminded of this extraordinary gift they gave us.

Sarah is a truly wonderful human. I reached out to her while my wife and I were on the hunt for my wedding band. Sarah was incredibly accommodating and supportive. She was reassuring with difficult sizing, and the ring fits absolutely perfectly. Sarah had a wide selection of unique men's bands, offered us a fair price, kept us well informed of our order, and put so much thought into every detail - from offering engraving to including a stately ribbon around the ring box and a buffing cloth to maintain the finish (since we can’t visit her in person as much as we’d like to). The selection of jewelry she curates at Hamilton Hill is stunning. We are a difficult pair to shop for and left with plenty of treasures added to our wish list.

Had a wonderful experience with Ken & Sarah at Hamilton Hill. My now husband and I came in with my very specific design for an engagement ring. Ken sat down with us and drew it out, we picked the metal, the specific diamond for the center and all the other details on the spot. About a month later it was ready and was absolutely gorgeous! Me being the perfectionist I am had to go in a couple times for a few adjustments, but now it is 100% perfect, exactly what I'd dreamed of and cannot be happier. Ken was so understanding and made the changes at no extra charge and took pride in getting the details just right. When it was closer to our wedding, I had Ken make my wedding band as well and it fits perfectly in line with the engagement ring that many people have asked if it's all one piece. Cannot recommend Hamilton Hill enough! If you are thinking about a custom design, Ken is your man.

This shop is probably the best gallery I've ever shopped with. While I haven't been in person since I live out of state, they have made every transition completely smooth. They are very courteous. They pay attention to details. They always assist me however they can. I do have to share I'm extremely fond of Sheila Stillman's work. I have quite the collection. Sheila has worked very hard to accommodate older pieces with making new pieces to update my collection. You can find an arrangement of prices with all their work they carry. Wish I could share more about other artists's work but I'm not as familiar with all artist, however, just looking online and just their customer service, I would never hesitate to make any purchase. I hope everyone/anyone can have as good of an experience as I've had.
