ELLIOTTE'S PET SPA & SALON INC. REVIEWS

I was looking for a pet salon in the area that would be able to accept a walk-in on a Saturday morning (which I understand is very difficult to find). I spoke with Shannon and she was able to fit sweet Alfie in for an appointment. The process went so smoothly. She discussed what we should groom prior to the appointment - along with explaining dog’s nail growth, mats, etc… All of the staff were so friendly! They even called me 15 min before his expected pickup time. As you can see by the before and after photos we trimmed him up a lot. Definitely a needed haircut. He smells really good and his coat is so soft. They mentioned that they use an oatmeal shampoo. I will definitely use them as a groomer in the future.

Elliotte's Pet Spa groomed and sheared both my long haired cats and did a great job. The cats are so much cooler in the hot summer now without all that hair! I had never had them sheared before, but Elliotte did a "lion cut" on them, leaving a pom pom at the end of their tail (requested) and their face and paw fur. It looks great! They took care of my kitties and were so sweet to them, even lending me an extra cat carrier to transport the two of them home in separately. Very warm and professional! I will definitely trust them with my cats again.

Best cat groomer we have had so far! They did everything we asked and did the perfect Lion cut! Super kind staff. They even gave him a cute little bow tie! They do have dogs but they scheduled us at a quiet hour and had a separate area for him. I highly recommend them if your kitty needs help with their mats/fur! Our old cat groomer moved, and I’m so happy I found them.

I took my puppy there for the first time today and very happy with everything! The lady was very welcoming and super nice and took great care of my Sunny. She did a great job with his hair cut and his nails. I will definitely be going back and will recommend to everyone i know. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for almost 5 years and we love Danielle! She is kind, professional, and truly works magic with our pups. She works alone, so you can expect consistency with each cut and she is receptive to feedback/preferences. I love how my girls look every time they come here and highly recommend Danielle to everyone.

Dannielle does an amazing job with our doodle. Great service and is accommodating to my busy schedule. High recommend.

LIVY’S LAVISH SELF WASH & GROOMING REVIEWS

This is my go-to place to bathe my dog over the winter. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The facilities feature large grooming tubs with a ramp, restraints, temperature controlled water, and a really awesome dryer. The dryer really fluffs up the fur. You can choose your shampoo and conditioner and get equipped with a waterproof apron (very useful), some towels, and scrubbers. My dog always leaves here feeling super soft and smelling great! Plus they have a loyalty program so after 5 washes you get one free.

Awesome place! Wonderfully friendly staff, very clean facilities. And it's a Black-owned business, which makes it even better! I went in on a whim on a Saturday afternoon for a walk in nail grinding and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. After a terrible experience bathing my dog at home, I will absolutely be back here for the self wash spa experience! I recommend it 100%.

The self wash is very convenient and they have everything you need. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend.
