Very pleasant, no pressure experience. It's important when buying a new mattress to be able to try them out and find the one that feels great and works perfectly. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the investment and financing options and helping you make the right decision based on what you need and your budget The delivery process was very efficient with great communication all along the way. The delivery team arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and the new bed was set up and the old mattress and springs were removed in 20 minutes. Fast and friendly service that can't be beat.

Karina is exceptional! She is very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and bases. She exemplified the philosophy of helping people find the right set-up for them. I literally came back four times while trying to decide, and she never lost patience or applied any pressure. I rarely have had such a good experience making a major purchase.

Karina and Greg are a fantastic team! They are both very knowledgeable and patient. I was unsure of what mattress to purchase and they helped me choose the right one for my specific needs. Excellent experience.

We had a great experience finding a mattress with Robert. One of the things I really appreciated with him was that he didn't just start with the most expensive mattress first. Instead he took the time to learn about us and our sleep needs in order to make a good recommendation. Robert was very knowledgeable. We came in thinking we wanted a firm mattress mattress but Robert was able to show us how other factors such (as a flat top or limited motion transfer) were actually more relevant to what we were looking for. We ended getting a medium firm mattress which we never would have done and are sleeping so much better for it.

My son and I came to buy him a new mattress. Robert was great he had my son complete the bed match to find the best fitting mattress. We looked at several mattresses. The one my son liked the best was just a little over his price range. Robert found him a discount to get the best price. Then he sold each of us a pillow. Thanks Robert for all your knowledge!.

Robert was so helpful! We got an amazing bed that was exactly what we wanted. He even gave us a discount so it was in our price point. He was super helpful while helping other customers.
