The associates are so helpful! I dropped my battery holder bracket into my engine compartment while changing my battery and came here to buy a new one. After explaining what happened, one of the associates took the time to fish the bracket out of my car with a magnet instead of pressuring me into buying a replacement. I saved the money today but will definitely be coming back for future auto needs.

She honestly holds the values of what it means to have outstanding customer service and care about a customer.

Everyone at the store was very friendly and welcoming. They had the items we needed in stock, and everything was super fast and easy. I especially want to shout out Abisai (not sure if that's how he spells it) for going the extra mile and accompanying us out to the single most jacked-up weekend warrior armchair "mechanic" cobbled together Chevy to help. My only (very mild) complaint would be that some of their signage positioning is a little misleading, but it's honestly forgiveable because - as customers - we could have read what was actually printed on the sale tags and seen that the discounted products are on the next shelf up. So- really, not the shop's fault. Just something to be aware of.

All employees that I have encountered (4/5) have been very knowledgeable, with great attitudes and resolutions for myself and everyone I watched them encounter during my few visits. Beyond impressed with the evening customer service team. Seriously, above & beyond.
