3 Best Towing Companies in Durham, NC

My mom and dad are the managers. I work with them a lot and I watch them work, how they do their best to take care of everybody needs anybody who comes in they do everything they can to help them, it really inspires me how they treat people. They are always respectful, professional, generous, on time, always has good prices and are very kind to everyone who who walks through the door or even calls. If you ever have any problems that we have the service to do call CPR they will always pick up the phone and be ready to help anytime. They are the absolute the most kind, generous and respectful people I know and I’m really glad to be apart of it. I love you guys.

I’m a person who is all about timing and I don’t like to feel over charged. Kristen answered my call and told me to hold so I was patient.. she took me off hold and began my quote for my 25 mile haul from Durham to Raleigh at a reasonable price. Mind you I had just got off the phone with another towing company charging $85 for hooking and then $4 a mile plus tax I assume making it almost $200 and making it in 2 hours. CPR made it in an hour and half and beat the competitions price. If your looking for good customer service and a reasonable price look no further.

They were available 24 hours which was great. Lee Collins was the one who assisted me and he was great. He was very friendly and very professional. And he delivered my car in a timely fashion to it's destination safely. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. And I thank Lee Collins for being available for me considering how late it was.

After a week away, I returned to RDU to a dead car. I really thought it was something major. I called RDU Parking and they referred me to Lemon’s. The woman on dispatch was so kind to me, even though I was super frustrated. She said they’d send a truck and could tow me to a local dealership and knew where to go, which was very helpful since I live in High Point. It didn’t take long for a truck to arrive. Greg was the driver and he was amazing. Again, he was so kind to me even though I was frustrated. My battery was corroded and he was able to jump it with a bit of maneuvering (it was really corroded!) I was able to drive back HOME which was such a relief. Thank you to everyone at Lemon’s who helped me!

Excellent service. I called outside of normal business hours the day before a major holiday and was delighted in all aspects of their service. They were there when they said they be, Tim clearly knew what he was doing and was a consummate professional. He texted me when the car had been dropped off. And I just got the bill and it was very reasonable for the service provided. Thanks LWS for helping us out and doing good business with us during some challenging days. You guys made a HUGE difference to us!!!

I unfortunately had my car not start at my apartment. I called Lemon and had my phone call go through quickly. They were prompt in arriving and taking my car to the nearest service center. Once at the service center, the truck driver addressed the attendant with professionalism and courtesy. I did not get the truck driver's name but his customer service and tone of speaking was phenomenal. Thank you for your work!!
