Link Apartments Manchester

I have been living at the Links since September and it has been the best renting experience I've had thus far in Richmond in four years! The apartments are nice, spacious and updated with amenities. The parking garage and package lockers are a big plus. The location is prime and walkable to the river. Perhaps the greatest thing is the staff! They are so friendly! They put on great events for the apartment community with awesome prizes.

Enjoyed living here. Being so close to downtown and accessible to the toll roads were very convenient. The indoor parking garage, package lockers, fitness center and trash chutes on every floor, just awesome. Thank you to the leadership of this complex, the maintenance men and custodian that help keep the property clean and running great.

Lived here for only a year and all of it through COVID, but had a great experience. Maintenance team is the best in the business. Efficient and very friendly. Parking garage is clutch. Amenities are nice. Overall just a great spot. Would have gladly extended my lease had I not had to relocate for work. But if I ever moved back to RVA, this would be one of the first places I’d look to live.
