Three Willows Apartments

We have lived here a year and the place and atmosphere is fantastic!! Beth was very kind and sweet and made sure our needs were met to the top. We were sad to see her leave however the new management team is awesome to. They really look out for us residents and make sure that all needs are met as well. I'm so happy and proud to live in such a wonderful and clean community and townhome. This is the best place I have ever lived in as far as apartments or townhomes. We wanted a three bedroom but they had none available so we are on the waist for that. Good job Three Willows and management. Keep up the good work!! Ty for all the help!!!!

We lived here for 1.5 years. One of the best places I've ever lived. Beth is amazing! She was extremely accommodating. All of our requests were completed within a reasonable timeframe. The location is incredible, too. So close to a bunch of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Yet, when you want some time outside you're not walking along West Broad, unless you want to. It's a nice neighborhood. Pet friendly. Plenty of space in our 2 bedroom unit for myself, my wife, and 2 dogs. I really can't say enough about this place.

I had a great experience at Three Willows. The Leasing Office was so easy to work with and they were very prompt if I ever had a service call. Move in and move out was very easy. The amount of square footage you get for the money is fantastic. The complex is centrally located, so getting anywhere is very easy. If you are looking for an apartment in the West End of Richmond, this is it.
