Tyler arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and quickly assessed the issue with my oven. He provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done and was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. The oven now works perfectly, and I am very happy with the service provided. Tyler the tech was great from the moment he arrived. He immediately put on shoe coverings upon arrival and introduced himself, talked about the 1-year checkup on our appliances and the got started. Upon completion he gave us tips to keep our appliances in top shape (and reminders on changing our water filter). It was nice to meet a great ridge appliance repair.Thanks

Used Ridge Appliance for a dryer repair; efficient, professional, and on time. Tyler took his time to diagnosis the issue, checking all other dryer parts.
