3 Best Computer Repair in Minneapolis, MN

I was in a huge hurry. I was leaving for vacation in less than 24 hours, and suddenly my laptop wouldn't start. After Best Buy stripped the screws on my computer in their attempt to take the back off to check the battery, I went to PC Doodle on my daughter's recommendation. They tested the power cord, because they had those in stock. Then they asked if I tried holding the power button down for 10 seconds, because sometimes laptops get stuck in sleep mode. That's all that was wrong with the computer, and they found the problem and fixed it quickly. PC Doodle is a bit of a drive for me, but they have my business forever and I'd shout their praises from the rooftops if I thought anyone would listen.

I had a great experience dealing with every person who helped me get my laptop to boot. I received communication on the status throughout the repair and will definitely use it again if I run into any repair issues I can't solve.

My laptop started malfunctioning during my first in person class of the semester, what a bummer! Luckily, my friend sitting next to me in class recommended Nanosystems! I called, and they knew what was wrong with my laptop right away on the phone, and they were ready to help me when I arrived to the store. They offered a loaner laptop so I wouldn’t go without a computer during a busy class week and they’ll even deliver my laptop back to me when it’s done. I know nothing about tech, but the friend that recommended them does and did a lot of research. Highly recommend.
