Bonfe did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line. Kyle Llanas came out to assess the situation and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clog was eventually fixed by Joel Romero much to our satisfaction. Next, Mark Hiegel came out to scope the drain with a camera. He recommended a more intense deep cleaning of the line and then a liner install. The Bonfe employees that come out to perform the cleaning and liner install were amazing. They were all friendly and careful to not mess up our house. They put plastic down and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done. I don't remember everyone's name who came out to do this part except for Josh. They were all great representatives of Bonfe!

We have been with Bonfe for years and always very happy with their services. This time was different. We were told to expect a plumbing technician to unclog a drain yesterday then we were told no one was available. Finally, after 6;30 pm, a technician came and said our kitchen sink pipe was frozen, told us to plug in a space heater under the sink and left without any further testing.

Was able to schedule within a couple days to check a clogged bathroom drain. The tech (Dustin H) notified me when he would arrive and I really appreciated the pic and little bio I received before he came. He is an AWESOME representative for the company - thorough, professional and took all the time I needed to explain things. Good communication from the initial phone call to confirm my appt to the day of service. Everyone I had phone contact with was polite and helpful. I really can't comment on cost, because it seems to be standard practice that no one will do an estimate without actually seeing the issue. While I understand this, it does make it a little difficult for someone who can't get away from their job to compare prices. Not a negative for Paul Bunyan though as this doesn't seem unusual.

Ryan was so helpful! He spent a lot of time figuring out how to fix our water heater and running to grab parts. He was very kind and knowledgeable and also triple checked to make sure it was still working before he left. I’m happy to have a hot shower tonight!
