They really went above and beyond to make the entire experience pain free and easy. I love my new roof and gutters!
Snap Construction has helped me with my roof and siding replacements back in 2014, and then new gutters, downspouts, and the roof again this past year. Their project manager, Jeff, knows his stuff and handles every detail. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The installation crew did a great job and they cleaned up really well when they were done. We had major hail damage to our cedar shake roof in July 2019, but our insurance company denied full replacement costs. We contacted several roofing contractors; none of them were willing to take on our insurance company. Finally, we found David M from Liberte Construction who did a very detailed estimate. Then Dan Singleton worked with us through the appeals process. The result was we got a wonderful new roof! We would highly recommend Liberte Construction.
I have nothing but good things to say about Liberte Construction. I have to admit, I am always leary when a contractor knocks on my door trying to sell me this or that, But Dan's knowledge of the industry and his personality made it easy. Communication was great when snow delayed work. When the crew arrived, they were considerate and very efficient. They finished my roof in a day and a half. I'm very pleased with the recent roof replacement Minnesota Exteriors performed on my home this summer. The process was great from start to finish. Their Sales , Dan showed up to walk my property and take a look at existing conditions. When the estimate was completed, he provided me a very thorough walk through of all the costs.
