I had no idea having an exterminator come over could be enjoyable. Tina Danner was friendly and helpful. She explained everything she did and why she was doing it. She patched up holes in the foundation where the mice may be entering and inspected the house for their traffic, laying traps where necessary. Tina explained that the traps are safe for my cats because the poison is deep inside and when a mouse enters the trap it cannot escape. We set a date for a follow up visit in one week, and she will come out one time after that to ensure that the issue is resolved. Tina explained that Plunkett's is different from other exterminator companies because Plunkett's goal is to resolve the problem so they don't have to come back the next year. I chose Plunkett's based on the plentiful recommendations for it on my FB neighborhood group. Now I'm recommending it. If you are lucky, you might even get to have Tina assist you!
It's great to have built the trust with our service rep (Derek B) such that we can be essentially distracted by working from home while he services our home. Trust like that is generally hard to come by these days. We're glad we have it with Derek!
