ORKIN MINNEAPOLIS REVIEWS

For our first couple appointments, there was some technology glitches and a few other glitches that made scheduling really tricky, but our Orkin guy Greg went above and beyond his duties in sending me confirmation text messages and honing in on exactly what time was ideal for me to meet with him For our scheduled appointments. Greg was professional and very informative and I am extremely grateful for his dedication and service. I have no idea what Greg gets paid, but he definitely deserves a raise. Thank you again.

The tech, Rhonda was amazing . She was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, engaging and friendly. She assessed my issues, toured the interior and exterior of the house and made notes and suggestions. She placed traps and gave me instructions on how to get rid of my homes issues. I can’t say enough good things about Orkin and Rhonda. Thank you.

Overall, they provided great service and follow up. They were also timely and provided accurate ETA’s. We’ve started to see improvements. I like Orkin because these people don’t screw around when it comes to bugs.

Feenyx did an amazing job! Very friendly & helpful. He heard my kiddos in the background & gave them some cute coloring books And even brought up the driveway both of my garbage cans!! That was very sweet & unexpected. Kiddos saw his act of kindness so it prompted them to want to make & give him a thank you valentine while he serviced the outside of the house. Thank you!

I did fill out a review but then received a second request..so I will make this brief. I was very pleased with Matthew's attention to detail when treating my exterior home perimeter for insects. He was thorough and very pleasant... He is an asset to your company.

Stephen was awesome. He took time to explain things to me. Took time to look in my attic and that wasn't scheduled. I highly recommend him.

He gave me suggestions/recommendations. Spidexx, you have a great one in Karl and you should invest in him to stay with you long term!

Rodney was gentle and kind. Got right to work and communicated just the right amount. (Nobody wants to chit chat on a Saturday morning ;). He told us what he was doing and then did his thing. Perfect!

Jose was one of the best. did a wonderful job! Very nice and efficient.
