I am so pleased with Greg and StructureTech. The care Greg took to be thorough in his inspection and how thoughtful he was in doing our walk through really meant the world to us. He was happy to answer any questions we had and helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety that comes with home buying. He was professional, honest and unbiased as well as friendly and fun to talk to. I felt like we could trust him right away. We have referenced the report many times since we received it, it contains a load of knowledge and it’s clear that both the inspectors and the company go above and beyond to identify anything (positive or negative) that could come up with the property. I think we will reference this report for many years to come. I would go with Greg again immediately in the future! The price seemed high at first but after comparing multiple companies, it was on par with comparable services. The also came highly recommended from multiple people who have worked with them in the past. After seeing how detailed and professional StructureTech was with our inspection, I was very happy we chose to go with them. Not the place to try and save cash, peace of mind is priceless!

Bryce Klym was referred to us by a dear friend and he exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. The reports sent us us at the end were very thorough with clear pictures and descriptions of every issue and non-issue. They were expensive but I think worth the price for the peace of mind.
