We could not have asked for a more helpful and caring director for our mothers service. Over 200 people attended and it was handled with ease and with plenty of room. The staff handled almost everything. I wish they had an office in St Cloud as we would like to use them for ourselves. The former owner, Kevin, even came in and assisted. Overall, We could not have been more pleased.

Wonderful people, wonderful service. They are so kind and helpful during a difficult time. They take care of everything. I highly recommend them for those that choose cremation.

During a very intense moment in my life the Billman and Hunt Funeral Chapel was there to assist me at every turn. I was lost , as one is, when I received the phone call of my dad passing. As a 29 yr old, I didn't know the process I needed to go through to handle this matter properly. Mr Rob Sr. was my saving grace. He was so patient with me after hearing about my dad but most of all he took care of me like a father would. He handled the hard part, keeping me informed along the way and made this a smooth transition to get my dad back to me. Rob Sr. was very helpful with planning my mom’s funeral. My mom had purchased a funeral package in the earlier 2000’s. She wanted to make it easier for me when the time came. As you can imagine prices have increased since she purchased this funeral package. Rob Sr. was very gracious and honored the funeral package without incurring any extra expenses. The funeral service was perfect. The pastor’s message was one my mother would have loved. The whole process went very smoothly. I can’t thank them enough. God bless them.

Upon my arrival I was inconvenienced with a notice from my bank stating that my account was on hold so once I passed on this information to Rob Jr they were still willing to help us, he was very understanding and told me not to worry about the payment right now.
