From start to finish, the entire team did a fantastic job replacing the garage door at our condo in Chanhassen, which was listed for sale at the time. We had a very pleasant experience with A1 and our technician, Nathan. The team worked quickly and carefully, and seemed to have our family's best interests in mind. It was an expensive bill, but the fixes they suggested seemed necessary for safety and efficiency. Both Nathan and his assistant were very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to bring donuts on their way over. It was a great way to start the morning, and we were very grateful they were able to get to us so quickly after the spring on our door snapped yesterday and trapped our car on the garage.

Mike was amazing! I highly recommend A1. I worked with my 85 year-old parents and we had a complete understanding of how the whole system works and they took care of all of our needs! Mike deserves a raise! His assistant was also really helpful.

Bryan was a total professional from beginning to end. He took the time to explain each of the tasks he planned to do and the available products. Then after he was done he circled back to show me that everything we discussed was completed. In addition to several refurbishments of the door hardware, we had one opener replaced for a double door and installed a second one on a single door. Bryan didn't try to steer us into the more expensive models, just explained the facts of each option. He also helped set up the app on my phone and program our cars, which surely saved me some time. So far (about a week in) we are super happy with how it is all operating.
