LaQuoia is an awesome person and great at her job. Her customer service and understanding is superb. She is always available for customers and is a great help with finding solutions when any problems arise. She is the main reason I continue to stay at this location. I always thank her and am appreciative for what she does. I hope they are paying her what she deserves.

I have rented a unit for 10 yrs at this location. The staff has always been professional, helpful and friendly. The facility always appeared well kept. If I live in the area again in the future and need to store some things, this will be my 1st choice.

LaQuoia is the absolute greatest! Absolute next-level service and hospitality in a field where neither are often to be found. Store all your things here, and become part of an unlikely family.

Excellent experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Chad! He goes above and beyond as a manager and truly cares about the customers. Chad is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, from finding the right unit to answering all of my questions. It's rare to find someone who takes customer service to this level, and it's clear Chad is amazing at what he does. Highly recommend this location because of him!

Mike and the new crew are absolutely fantastic. You w you wouldn’t believe the help that they just provided me with a friendly smile and lots of elbow grease I highly recommend coming here and helping them find their way around this mouse trap storage facility. All kidding aside they are fantastic 100 stars!

Should be called “Easy Space Storage”! Clean facilities and good service. No issues with this location and the workers were kind and warm whenever I needed help. Big parking lot, too, so I never had problems bringing a UHaul truck or my car here to load and unload. Great option if you need extra storage.

The people that they have staffed my storage facility are beyond amazing they aren't judgy, they are patient, kind and you can tell they like their jobs it's not an obligation it's a job they chose to do because they are great at it and they love doing it! I have searched and tried many facilities but I am home now and I am so happy and thankful to US Storage Center!! You have officially created a life long customer! Thank you and keep up the amazing work!

Extremely helpful! Anticipated my questions and had my new unit and lock ready in two minutes. I was shown the unit, which was spotlessly clean. The new lock worked beautifully. I was shown how to operate the freight elevator and given a cart to bring my things to the second floor. What a pleasant experience!

Great experience with Christina she helped me out and showed me a couple different units to move to and was very helpful.
