I recently visited a new immersive exhibit, and it was a fantastic experience. Even if you aren't typically a fan of museums, I highly recommend checking it out. It’s perfect for families with kids, out-of-town guests, or even as a unique date spot. Here are a few tips for your visit: - Footwear: Wear comfortable shoes. Avoid heels, as you’ll be on your feet and some parts of the exhibit are quite surprising. - The "Secrets" Booth: This was my favorite part. I recommend listening to the secrets on the right side of the room first before sharing your own on the left. It’s a powerful way to realize how much we have in common with others. - Amenities: There is a gift shop with great merchandise, a hydration station with free water, and a bar/snack area where you can relax. - Parking: There are two nearby parking areas, so finding a space is generally easy. - Belongings: I suggest bringing a small crossbody bag that zips shut. For certain exhibits, like the clear ball pit, you may be asked to leave your shoes and bags in a cubby. Since these areas are open, try to limit the valuables you bring to ensure you can enjoy the experience without worry.

Went with the family a baby and a 4 year old. It was great! I would say it’s more adult in nature the themes in the room at least so the kids miss that point but it’s still important and worth visiting. We spent two hours there exploring and having fun and going back into rooms multiple times. Unlocking true happiness was my favorite part.

Visited this interactive art space in San Antonio and it was really fun It’s not a traditional museum, it’s more immersive with rooms full of lights and installations you can explore. They even have drinks inside

It has been years since I was in this building. Glad my wife and I were able to visit on free locals day and enjoy some of the fine arts pieces and such rich history we have here in our own back yard of San Antonio. Glad that they are expanding the exhibits and look foward to new pieces that are brought in the feature.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! We loved this museum so much! An amazing mix of history, culture and contemporary art, just breathtaking. Outdoor sculpture garden is small but worth the walkthrough. Docent in the gallery was SO interesting, you could tell how much everyone loved this museum. Would highly recommend to families or adults.
