3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Columbus, OH

I am submitting this for my mother: My husband was needing more care before he passed and the employees at Brookdale were so helpful and accommodating. When we had to use that pull cord when he fell, the response time was quick. My husband recently passed and I have chosen to remain at Brookdale Trillium Crossing because it feels more like home to me. The employees are so friendly, helpful, and very caring. I highly recommend Brookdale Trillium to others.

My mom has lived in Brookdale Trillium Crossing for almost 2 years and she loves it there. Her apartment is comfortable and feels like home to her. The residents are all so friendly, and the staff has really gone out of their way to take care of everyone. It’s been very challenging during the pandemic, but everyone has a smile on their face and does their best to keep the residents safe and comfortable. When my mom stopped driving and didn’t want to cook any more, it made so much sense for her to move here and we’re both glad she did!

Honesty is important, and if you believe you are going to be immediately satisfied, you are mistaken, No big change can make that promise. But to make the changes and adjustments that most humans must in transition from home, neighborhood, and style of living, often including the loss of a spouse, patience, humility, and optimism are required. Trillium is a place that eases that transition as well as possible, and bit by bit becomes the home you hoped for, and you make affectionate connections with new friends. The place is special and can charm you.

As the owner a large homecare provider in Columbus, I want to share my experience over the past 8-years with the Westminster staff as we serviced residents in the facility. Especially, Amanda Bailey, more recently. She is always kind and helpful when I refer clients to their rehab, assisted living, memory care, or independent living areas. Tours, video calls, or timely information is only a call away. My referrals tell me they are treated with respect and treated with care and patience as they navigate what is the best avenue to care for their loved one. I couldn't recommend them as a facility, or Amanda, more highly having had my clients move in long term and many others who have had all their questions answered in a timely, professional manner.

Great place. We were willing to wait years to get into the place we wanted. Educated, intelligent residents make great friendship circles. Wide range of living levels--from independent living to memory care and more. Medical facilities on site. Proximity to downtown, Short North and Grandview restaurants, etc. We are incredibly pleased to be here. Attached is a shot ftom our window.

Great place to explore about my future needs for senior living. They have monthly coffee concertos with presenters and snacks, provide tours of the facility, and all the workers are working rather than standing around. Multiple facilities at this location to meet the sizing and facilities desired. I get very quick response on any questions that I ask online. Definitely worth considering when you are looking for a senior facility.
