Dean is the best!! He helped me for months trying to get everything I wanted in my Corolla SE hybrid. I was willing to forego some features, but he saw how much I wanted a sunroof. He got me exactly what I wanted and MORE! Dean didn't pressure me after I did a test drive of another Corolla. He never badgered me via text, email, phone calls about other similar cars, like other dealers did to me. He let me know when he found what I wanted then kept in contact with updates about my car's arrival. Dean even had the car delivered to me since I live in another city. Yes, I traveled 2 hrs because he was the only one making the effort and wanting to get me the car I felt good about buying. This was my first time purchasing a car, and he gave me the best deal possible. I had an outstanding experience and will definitely recommend Dean and Toyota West to others. I love my car!
