The salesman who came out to pitch us on the Rosati brand/help us pick window styles and the actual window quality we received are incredibly good. We had some issues after install with gaps and cracks in caulking but Mike and the team worked tirelessly to correct the issues. I apologize for the initial critical review, but now know that if there are any issues whatsoever Rosati's service team has our backs. Overall, we are happy to have gone with Rosati as the quality is reflected in the actual windows they manufactured as well as the salesman. Locally made here in Columbus, and no high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend this company.

We had an all-around great experience with Rosati Windows. From the sales process, negotiation, scheduling and installation, we couldn't be happier! A three man team completed the installation of 20+ windows in two days and drizzle! We got quotes from multiple window companies before deciding on Rosati and felt they were the most genuine and fair priced! We went with all white windows and it's amazing to see how crisp they look from the interior and how the trim on the exterior really makes them pop!.

We have been wanting to update our home windows and back doors for quite some time, but every company was out of our budget. Until we had Rosati give us a quote. It was at least 60% less than their competitors quote. Great customer service, great contractors who put in the windows. They were wonderful with our dogs, very respectful of our furniture and pictures on our walls, cleaned up everything very thoroughly when they were done. We love the finished product and look. All said and done from the time we paid the deposit it took 4 months, but they make all the windows here in Ohio, we got a custom picture window made for our living room, and they were upfront about the timeframe of install. If I could give them higher than a five I would.

Windows gurus were very attentive to my initial call about an estimate unlike another company that I called. They were able to come out quickly to give me an estimate. There was only about a week wait time for the repair and installation. It was installed with no problems and efficiently done in probably 20 minutes. The window looks brand new again. Would recommend.

Window Gurus were recommended to me by another glass company to replace the glass in my windows so that I didn’t have to replace the whole window. The installation was perfect and I love how the new glass looks. Saved me a ton of money too! Everyone at this company was polite and professional, especially the installers.
