We just met with Mike Windsor, Pella Replacement Area Sales Manager, who wrote a proposal to replace the wood windows in our home. We had met Mike at the Pella booth at the recent home and garden show in Columbus. He was very accommodating in setting a convenient appointment time and prompt in his arrival. He was professional, personable, thorough, and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the options for replacing the several different types of windows that we have. We thought he gave us straightforward and very helpful answers to all of our questions about the various options, installation and service personnel, pricing and warranty provisions which will help us decide how to proceed. Mike was not in a hurry and spent considerable time with us explaining the different outcomes associated with our choices (for example, pocket fit vs. full replacement), measuring our windows, showing us samples, and developing a proposal that he printed out to leave with us. We thought he did a great job and would recommend him to anyone considering Pella replacement windows.

Great product! A little slow with production, but that’s only related to covid. Our salesperson advertised the windows as easy open, so easy it could be done with one finger. That is not the case. When speaking with a person at universal windows direct, she said that they should not have been advertised as such. The windows themselves aren’t hard to open, they just aren’t able to be opened with one finger. All in all, great product and we are happy with our product!
They did a really great job to install my kitchen window. It was a garden window and they took out and install the new window and it turns out really good. The quality of the window is really good compared with my other windows was installed few years ago with a different company.

They wore masks in our home. They came in while at work, installed and left with zero mess. The quality of the window is durable and made to perfection.
