From start to finish, they made the process of designing our engagement ring feel thoughtful, seamless, and deeply personal. Ellen guided us through the diamond selection process with such expertise and care—she helped us find the perfect stones without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Then Chelsey brought our vision to life with her stunning sketches and design insight. She captured exactly what we imagined (and somehow made it even better). Together, they created the most beautiful, timeless ring that feels uniquely ours. We’re so grateful for their talent, patience, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a ring that’s as meaningful as it is breathtaking, this is the team you want behind it.

We had the perfect experience here getting an engagement ring for my fiance. We worked with Michael DiCello and he was great. He was very patient with us, and helped us to find the perfect style for my fiance. It was great to work with such friendly staff and in such a low pressure environment. It really felt like the focus was on getting us the perfect ring, rather than "making the sale". Michael even worked with us when we had to have the ring size adjusted and made that process easy and pain free. I can't recommend him enough!

I had lost a diamond stud earring and I went to Diamonds Direct to look for a replacement. Enrique helped me and offered to order me a match. While there, I looked at various other pieces of jewelry. He was patient and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only person in the store…I decided the one stud I had needed some bigger siblings and purchased the most beautiful (larger) diamond studs!
