I have nothing but good things to say about my move in process and everyone at the office. Angel has been such a wonderful guide to getting moved in. Her compassion, honesty, and genuine desire to meet me where I was with my needs on price, dates, and more were so refreshing. She even took a huge rug I had delivered that came too early up to the second floor and put it in my unit for me before move in! What a sweetheart. Gloria and Nathaniel have both also been very helpful with all my questions and concerns. I can tell they truly care about residents. Maintenance has already proven themselves to be wonderful too- I put in a couple requests and they had come in and fixed the issues within hours and left a note promising to follow up. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The property is well maintained, quiet, and welcoming. Looking forward to my stay!.

They did their absolute best to make sure my move in was as easy as possible. Have been here for about 2 months now, it’s so quiet and peaceful here. The fountain is so beautiful, adding the perfect touch to the outside environment. Any questions or problems I’ve had, they have been quick to answer and find resolutions. So excited for summer in this community! I couldn’t be more happy about my choice.

So far so good! Gloria was the leasing person who started and completed the process from touring to signing the lease agreement. I had an issue but the team was very great at communicating with me to get the issue resolved. Their appliances are all on point or updated. The avenue is very clean and quiet. The last but not the least, it's close to the highway, shopping centers and movie theater.

Maintenence is always on point and super nice. I'm absolutely in love with my kitchen and have great space. It's a 2br 1b, and bottom floor. Amenities are great and everyone tends to keep to themselves most times.

Fix and hounds is an amazing place to live, they have great amenities but my favorite thing has to be how dog friendly they are ! The apartments are nice and staff are friendly and attentive.
