Luke's Auto is by far the best auto repair company that I have ever experienced. My vehicle broke down and was towed to them in late evening. The next morning I was contacted and was told I needed a transmission. I lived out of town and they great addressing vehicle needs quickly being out of town. After putting in new transmission I had noises and took it back the following week. They addressed those needs and other needs the vehicle had. Jameson was very professional and detailed in his approach with me. Chris the sales manager went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied since I had to take vehicle back. I would highly recommend Lukes as they commit to their word which is rare in this industry.

Wonderful experience. Got my car in quickly. Kept me up to date on findings and costs. Did not perform services not needed at this time. I have a fiat and it is hard to find places to service and repair them. Jamison was my technician and he was amazing!!! I will return and recommend Luke's to friends and family as well as to all fiat owners.

My vehicle is running well. I’m impressed with the engine’s performance now compared to before. You offer excellent oil quality, a skilled maintenance team, and great customer service.

This is the only place I come to get my brakes fixed. Matt is always professional and honest. He explains the issues the car is having in detail. He informs about the little things your car may need, but never as a sales person just for your information. He had my brakes ready in 2 hours. My key fob needed a battery. He gave me 2 brand new batteries for both my fobs. He also put washer fluid in my car because it was low at no charge. I definitely would recommend One Call Mechanic. You will receive friendly service and first rate service on your vehicle.

My car inexplicably decided to reduce engine power, I was nearby and so I stopped in and Matt helped me, he didn’t charge me anything, he showed me exactly was was wrong, gave me a chance to fix it myself and still had someone help. Matt is the nicest guy, he knew instantly what was wrong. He’s been doing this for 40 years he said. You can trust Matt and one call to do a great job for you. I will be using them for anything going forward.

I came in on short notice with a brake issue. They took care of the brakes an filled my oil at no charge to get me to my next oil change. And they did all very quickly and at the best price. I will be back and I highly recommend them.

I don’t have to sit and wait while my car is being fix, I always appreciate the car service home and back when needed and they take very good care of my car every time. Went here to have my car looked at as it was leaking oil. They got me in right at my appointment time and was able to diagnose and give me full details (including pictures) of the problem. The service technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They made professional recommendations that I felt were reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and would come here again.

Professional and easy to work with. Genuinely cared for their customers. Very happy with the work done on my Mercedes. Will be sure to use their services again in the future.
