We are so happy with our house we built with America's Home Place. Everyone involved was so knowledgeable and always answered all our questions and concerns. Taylor was our site manager. He always went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything going on with the house. I found with Taylor when he told us something was going to get done, he always made sure it did. I was a little uneasy with building because we are a little older, but everything has gone so smoothly, I think that is because of the great company!! They have given us the best Christmas present this year!! We are so happy!! Thank you all & God Bless.

We just moved into our home after the basement was dug October 7. We’ve had a very good experience beginning with our initial visit with Greg. My husband has a lot of experience with building as we built our first home. He was impressed with the construction after attending an open house. Greg helped us put together the home we wanted. Marie was fun to work with as we chose our colors and accessories. Our site manager Quinton was by our side the entire process. He was easy to reach and communicated progress and concerns…..sometimes several times a week. So far so good!.

The AHP team was great to work with. They built us a beautiful home in just 120 days, even with some delays due to bad weather. When any issues popped up they made sure that they were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. They made the home building process very straightforward and as stress free as possible. Our home was exactly what we asked for we couldn't be happier with it.

When I reflect on the success of building our new home, two words come to mind: Brent Cantrell. Throughout our entire project communication was fantastic and Brent consistently kept us informed about progress at the property. Any issues that arose were promptly handled by Brent, continually demonstrating his dedication to customer satisfaction. Brent established clear timelines and stuck to them as tightly as possible which helped us understand the construction process and ensured our expectations were met. The entire team at Schumacher Homes exhibited utmost professionalism and guided us through every step of our home construction as if they knew the process like the back of their hands. We were at the house often and every one of the contractors and their employees on site were polite, friendly, and efficient at their skilled trades. Andy Howard, my general contractor, did an excellent job of managing the workers' schedules and furthering the project. He made the whole thing run smoothly and paid close attention to detail. He also addressed any question or concern we had. Even the back office staff was very helpful and friendly. We have also gotten loads of compliments on our new home.
