Diyanni Homes for us has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were uncertain what direction we wanted to take in buying an existing home or building one. After visiting several existing homes, we decided to build. We met with several builders and decided to go with Diyanni homes. The sales associate from the beginning seemed more interested in helping us achieve our goals than trying to get a sale. Throughout the selection process, we had the pleasure to work with several other individuals who also had our interest as the priority rather than trying to push a certain product. Throughout the construction process, almost every time frame projected was met. We did have some minor set backs, which were probably communicated. I was very impressed with how the project manager kept us informed with what was going on and how each aspect of the job would affect the next. If you are debating on choosing a builder and Diyanni Homes is on your list, you should really consider this. Will the builder you are debating go out of their way to help you. I can tell you first hand that Diyanni Homes will! The final build will meet and exceed your expectations. If we were going to build another home, we would choose Diyanni again.
Building a home is a complicated and daunting experience. The staff at DiYanni homes has done well to accommodate all of our thousands of questions, as we leave no stone unturned to be sure we make the right decision. We live in a 100+ year old farm house. The garage area was very cheaply hand built by a previous owner - a total design and structural disaster! 1 GR builders helped us reimagine, design, and create a functional and beautiful space. From conception to execution, 1GR builders was incredible in making a space that is useable, sound, and functional. 1GR builders - especially Kelly and Josh - was patient with design modifications, updates and more. Their employees were extremely professional and easy to work with. The entire project - from beginning to end - was an amazing experience. With out reservations, we would use Randy, Kelly, Josh and team again in a heartbeat!!
Have worked with 1GR at our current and previous house. Did a great job of remodeling our kitchen and installing hard wood floors throughout first floor. Very responsive and open as it related to scheduling and what could / couldn’t be done within our budget. We’re also very flexible as we worked through designs and changes throughout the project. Would definitely use them again.
1GR Builders is awesome! They were super responsive- Any questions or concerns we had were addressed almost immediately, whether it was after hours or on the weekend. We had them do an office remodel, including painting and new flooring. They were able to complete everything in less than two weeks- Kelly stayed on top of everything make sure that deadlines were met. Would totally recommend!

We are almost through the building process with Rockford, and we are VERY happy with the results. From sales, to construction, we are very pleased with the experience we have had. Our construction manager, Dave, has been responsive to emails, and lets us know what to expect on each day. If something isn't completed in the timeframe mentioned, he stays on the vendor and keeps us in the loop. I think it can be difficult to remember the VENDORS are the ones responsible for timely completion and the folks at Rockford do the best they can to make sure things are moving along smoothly. Compared to other home builders (MI, Fischer, etc.) I am so glad we chose to stick with Rockford. I have heard issues from people building with other companies, and I'm happy to say I know we have a well-constructed home. Thank you again for building our dream home, Rockford!
