They did a super job on more than one car for me (one for a hit and run Toyota Yaris, another for an at-fault accident on my Chevrolet Sonic) They were responsive, everyone in the office was very kind and kept me informed about what was happening to my car. And at the end of the day, they covered my deductible and got me back a beautiful repair! Looks like the accident never happened, my car looks better now than when I bought it!.

Overall experience was very positive. The folks at Fine Line turned a very stressful situation into a positive outcome. Staff was very courteous and professional. The staff worked in concert with the insurance company to make the necessary adjustments for the scope of the work. They projected an completion date and kept us informed regularly on the progress. They were done on time. The work done is excellent - looks like new. I highly recommend this shop.

This place was outstanding. Where should I start? They were prompt and ethical. I never felt that they were trying to rip me off like I have with other shops. The owner is a wonderful man and his staff is friendly and welcoming. My car looks and drives amazing! I will always take my car here for body work in the future, but hopefully I won't need it :) Highly recommend!!!! And it's a locally owned business. So great!
