Palmcrest Grand Residence

In general there seems to be a real sense of pride in this building. Like the staff and owners know that they are part of something special. Everyone is so personable, and the residents seem so happy and well taken care of. I visit my aunt here almost every second week, and I have never had a negative experience. I have gotten to know a lot of the nurses and love how they all address me by my first name every time I see them. My family is truly lucky to have found this facility.

My uncle has always been a reader, still reads every day. He sits at the patio when the weather is nice, and other times relaxes at the living room. The nurses help him every single day get for his bed to the patio. They are always making sure he takes his meds, which in the past, he did forget to. When I come and visit him, the staff members all know me by name, and are very friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy to know that my uncle is in good hands.
