I just spoke w/ Don. AMAZING customer service. I called but changed my mind and hung up. Almost immediately my phone rang back and it was Don. He was so informative and seemed to really care about helping me troubleshoot my issue. I am so used to having to deal with customer care agents who are in a hurry to get you off the phone. Not so with Don. He succinctly explained the issue I could be having and was just awesome. I don't know what he makes, but he deserves a raise!

I didn't get the guys name, but he was very helpful. I had a nightmare with an over tightened lug nut. It was driving me crazy and was ready to give up and just hire someone to take off the stupid nut. He gave great advice and the right tool to get it off. Great service.

I went in to get some help with my battery terminals. Reb spent almost 2 hours working on my car. He went above and beyond expectations and was extremely generous with his time. Literally the best service I've ever had in my life. He saved me so much money and time at the mechanics. I'm so grateful. Cheers!
