AutoZone Auto Parts Long Beach

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the employees who were working there that went above and beyond to help me but not to the manager working at that time who completely ignored me when I walked in. He did not greet me and just pointed in the other direction to get help from his associates. He was very rude and dismissive. There was a younger female who was a great help with getting my old battery replaced and another associate by the name of Peter who replaced my battery when it was dark outside and he was already working overtime! I really appreciate Peter going out of his way to help me replace my new battery when he could've clocked out and went home. Thank you Peter!

Great service by Ana and Junior. I was stuck with a dead battery and no way to change it after pulling my vehicle off a transport shipment. They had one available and changed for me. Very appreciated of the help after being stranded.

Had to make a quick stop here to buy brake fluid, there was a line to pay but they worked quickly and helped everyone. Good customer service.
