Pep Boys Long Beach

I came in on a Thursday because I bought a Jeep Wrangler gas cover and could not figure out how to put it on. Javier and his team assisted me with such care and delicacy, it felt like I pulled up to my mom’s house and my brothers came outside to help me. Kudos to the team here! They are nice, polite and professional. As a young woman, it’s hard to feel safe in these kinds of environments and they made sure I did.

My experience was great. I was looking for a part for a gentleman and his wife who's car had broken down near my house. They had the part that I was looking for and it was very reasonable priced. The young lady who helped me was very nice, helpful, and knew more than I did about cars and parts. Lol.

Betty and Javier made the walk in appointment effortless and seem less. They're were packed with clients, but was able to get me out within an hr. Great team!
