Excellent customer service. Encountered some issues today regarding my warranty, Travis, the manager, was very patient with me & also took the time to assist me to ensure the problem was resolved. Everything was well explained to me & all my questions were answered. Very professional. Friendly environment. Would definitely recommend Pep Boys over & over again, Travis specifically. I felt like I was in good hands!

I am a recent transplant and not being familiar with any local mechanics I figured I’d use Pep Boys until I found someone else reputable. Thus far I’ve been given first class treatment at this location and haven’t felt the need to find a different mechanic. I’ve dealt with Travis each time and he’s been great. He didn’t try to upsell me on any repairs I didn’t need and I found him honest and trustworthy. I’m likely to keep going there.

these guys are excellent, hardworking individuals and they took care of my tires and provided excellent customer services. Travis and Emmanuel do a fantastic job at this location
