Jack's BBQ is a restaurant owned and run by Jack Timmons, the Pit Master. Jack grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over two decades. In 2014, he opened the SoDo location to bring authentic Central Texas BBQ to Seattle. Over the years, Jack has honed his barbecue skills by serving old-school, succulent smoked meats to thousands of Northwest BBQ fans at BBQ raves. The restaurant offers a lunchtime buffet of traditional BBQ in an eclectic setting. Jack's BBQ boasts three of the biggest smokers west of the Rockies, each over 20 feet long, burning hardwood such as mesquite imported from Texas to produce beautifully smoked meats. The restaurant also provides catering services for events or group gatherings. Their sister restaurant, Jackalope Tex-Mex & Cantina, offers a great alternative to Jack's BBQ, featuring Mexican fare with a Texas flair. Easter is just around the corner. Take some weight off of your shoulders, and let them do the cooking for you. A tremendous old-school recipe or a bit about one of their staff members you know and love – you can find it here out on the Back Forty. Jack’s BBQ’s second dine-in restaurant is located in the heart of Seattle’s technology center.

JACK'S BBQ REVIEWS
If you love Texas Barbeque, please do yourself a favor and eat at Jack's BBQ. The food is phenomenal. I got the Brisket plate with Mac & Cheese and Chili, and I also got the Peach Cobbler. Every one of those dishes was phenomenal and had so much flavor. For my drink, I had an Arnold Palmer with smoked iced tea. The service was great, too. On their website they mention their southern hospitality, and they absolutely deliver on that. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back.
Prime rib night is our favorite every week. Rib eye is amazing as well. The entire staff work to ensure satisfaction! Mariah, Darion, Michael, Wendy, et all, thank you.
Best BBQ I’ve had yet in the PNW! Great atmosphere, friendly staff—definitely worth the drive. Fun to get a pit tour as well.

WOOD SHOP BBQ REVIEWS
Absolutely LOVE this place! Having lived in Atlanta before moving to Seattle, we've been looking for a good BBQ spot and are so happy to have found Wood Shop :) Great flavors, excellent sides, good portions and prices (for Seattle), quick service, indoor and outdoor seating, and they've even got a Carolina pork option for those who prefer that style. Highly recommend.
One the best spots for bbq in Seattle! This place has tender Beef ribs, fatty brisket and lots of other good meats and sides. A staple is the brisket mac & cheese and 1/2 lb brisket plate Come as a group and try a bit of everything.
This is my favorite bbq in Seattle! I used to get it from their food truck down in South Lake Union. The brisket is so tender and the ribs are amazing. I also love their home made sauces. Folks are friendly and it’s just a fun vibe.

PECOS PIT BAR-B-QUE (SODO) REVIEWS
Tried rock climbing for my first time over at Momentum. Let's just say, long story short, it didn't go well. Super hungry so I came here after and gorged myself on the SLICED BRISKET SANDWICH and BAKED MAC and CHEESE. So good, so unbelievably good.
I ordered the nachos with a link on top, OMG! I did not expect that much food. Portion size is great and the BBQ is out of the world amazing. We also ordered a pulled pork sandwich, again amazing and they don’t skimp on the meat. Can’t wait to go back to fulfill my BBQ needs.
The meat was awesome but the beans and hot links steal it. Dad was born in Tennessee and I get on the smoker too so I'm very picky on BBQ. Would definitely come back.
