"Jack's BBQ is owned and run by Pit Master Jack Timmons, who has lived in Seattle for over 30 years. He opened the SoDo location to bring authentic Central Texas BBQ to the city. Jack has perfected his barbecue skills by serving delicious smoked meats to thousands of Northwest BBQ fans at special events. The restaurant offers a lunchtime buffet with a traditional BBQ in a unique setting. They have three of the largest smokers on the West Coast, each over 20 feet long, burning Texas-imported mesquite wood for perfectly smoked meats. Jack's BBQ also provides catering for events and group gatherings. They also serve happy hour food and great cocktails.

2026 Update: They smoke their brisket for over 14 hours using hardwoods imported from Texas in some of the largest smokers west of the Rocky Mountains. Jack’s BBQ has locations in Bellevue|Redmond, Algona, Lakewood, and Federal Way. An order for takeout and delivery option is available for your convenience."
