Din Tai Fung is a modern Seattle outpost of a Taiwan chain famed for its Shanghai-style soup dumplings & noodles. This was founded in 2013 and provides popular Taiwanese-based dumplings. This restaurant has become world-famous for its soup dumplings and noodles, and the Seattleites are delighted to have several outposts of this beautiful, raved restaurant in their community. The Din Tai Fung is a modern Seattle outpost of a Taiwan chain famed for its Shanghai-style soup dumplings & noodles. The guests praise shrimp and pork shao mai dumplings and other inventive noodles and rice dishes. Their soup dumplings are teardrop-shaped tasty pouches served in their metal steamer tray, ready to have their hot broth carefully slurred with a pinch of black vinegar and a sliver of ginger meaty filling coaxed out afterward. All the dishes on their menu items are good to try.

DIN TAI FUNG REVIEWS
Oh my! Been wanting to try this place for a long time and it didn't disappoint. Definitely recommend reservations because it gets filled constantly. We had a variety of dumplings and stickers. Each one was fantastic. I was impressed with the crab and the dessert dumpling was incredible! I'm not a huge sweets fan but this was the perfect ending to an amazing dinner. Highly recommend!
Really nice place to eat out, especially for the whole family! They have cleaned high chairs and they even prepare a baby plate which sticks to the table. Food was excellent and we especially liked the spicy dumplings and the simple mushroom and veg fried rice was quite good. Service was also friendly and fantastic. All around a nice place to eat at!
We heard a lot of good things about Din Tai Fung, and it did not disappoint! We got regular soup dumplings, crab and pork soup dumplings, spicy wontons, spicy noodles, noodles with pork and vegetables, wood ear mushrooms, pork chop, and a cucumber salad. Everything was delicious, but the crab and pork soup dumplings were so flavorful and the spicy wontons were our favorite! We highly recommend eating here.

HARBOR CITY RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Food was so tasty. Everything was cooked so well. And the portions are big even for the small size. The roast crispy pork was a little too fatty for my liking but it was very well seasoned. We ordered way too much food but were heading out to the airport so couldn’t take the food with us. Really wish we could. I really enjoyed the fried chive and shrimp bun/dumpling thing. Some things I wanted were sold out but that’s ok because we couldn’t finish everything already.
The focus here is all about dim sum and not about atmosphere or service. Simply put they have great dim at very reasonable prices. This is not the type of location you want to bring someone to impress them with anything other than the food. Parking can be difficult downtown but there is parking available under the bypasses located up the hill. Once you arrive you scan the menu and order on your phone. Food arrives shortly thereafter. Chairs and table are similar to what you'd find in a meeting room in a one-star Hotel.
One of my favorite dim sum spots in Seattle. The value is fantastic, service is fast, menu selection is good, and the food is always delicious. Despite it being a busy weekend, we were able to get a table within 20 minutes without a reservation. Highly recommend the carrot cake, pork dumplings, and fried pork crescents. Shrimp dumplings are good but the filling is a bit mushy and the skin thickness is inconsistent. Besides some small refinements needed, Harbor City has some of the best value for food in Seattle.

Jade Garden is a restaurant located in the Seattle International District. It is specialized in handmade dumplings. Jade Garden is a familiar, lively spot for dim sums at budget prices in a no-frills Chinese spot open late. Dim sum is served until 4 p.m. on the weekends, so you'll get freshly made items all day. This place is a local staple and a hot tourist spot. The sticky rice, the conge, and the honey walnut prawns are very famous, and since it's dim sum, everything is cheap. The advantage of crowdedness is that the dim sum is coming quickly, fresh, and still warm. Jade Garden is also a kid-friendly and vegetarian-friendly restaurant. They highly recommend their dumpling, shumai and fried rice in this restaurant.
