This is a very clean and convenient establishment! When I say I was in and out in an hour and a half (mind you I had 10 loads) the washers are clean and fast and the dryers are HOT!!! There’s food in walking distance right next door! This is black owned and she (Maria) was very helpful and friendly! If I ever have to come back to wash this many clothes again I definitely will and highly recommend!.

I used the Wash , Dry, and Fold service and it was fantastic! With the stress of New Years cleaning this took a major load off of me and was VERY AFFORDABLE!!! Over 40lbs of clothes washed under $80! Great customer service! See you again in the New Year!.

I was frantic coming into the facility due to washing machine requiring repair. All my towels were wet. Maria was a God send helping with the washer and dryer. She calmed my spirit. I will return with my comforters.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM REVIEWS

This laundromat is excellent. It’s very spacious with both a front room and a back room, so it never feels crowded. There are plenty of carts, multiple bill and coin changers, and even an ATM, which makes everything convenient. The space is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up, including a kids’ play area for parents. One thing that caught me off guard was that the dryers are paid, since I’m used to dryers being free. That said, they dry fast and run hot, so the value is definitely there once you start them. Overall, this is a clean, organized, and comfortable laundromat that’s clearly designed with customers in mind. I would absolutely return and recommend it.

The best laundromat! The staff is very professional and friendly. They keep the place clean. Always a good money saving promotions going on. They give back to the customers. This year for Christmas they doubled my money if you use their app. Great business. Oh and the dryers get Hot!.

Place is fantastic! Wifi, plenty of places to do work while the laundry goes, clean environment. Highly recommended!.

LAUNDRY UNLIMITED REVIEWS

This is by far the best laundromat in Charlotte. I went to the location on Monroe road and was impressed with their washing machines and dryers which are brand new. There's a payment center which accepts cash and your card...just a quick reminder to record in your ledger the charges because the payment center doesn't print receipts. Great customer service and the staff particularly Shelia and Adam are awesome.
