Steven Lerner was my salesperson and was authentic, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the X1 that I was interested in purchasing. He assisted me from custom ordering the vehicle through production and delivery of the vehicle to Richmond. He also spent the time needed to get me acclimated to the many features of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Because of him, the purchase was stress free and an enjoyable experience!!

My service Technician was Michael Stevens and he was AWESOME! From the time I scheduled my vehicle for service he was informative and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
