We had such a great experience with West Broad Honda. Chris “CD” was our sales consultant and was really great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to navigate us through the sales process- even answering texts and questions on weekends and after hours. I never felt pressured throughout the experience and felt like he gave exactly the right amount of freedom for me to make my own decisions about which car was right for us. When it was time to settle up with Honda, we worked with Timmie to sign all of the paperwork and had the same great experience! While maintaining the utmost professionalism, we also felt like we were chatting with an old friend. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience with West Broad Honda, Chris and Timmie and we will continue to go back over and over again!
