Christian Brothers in Trussville are outstanding. Even with the issues of dealing with my warranty company they still did outstanding service on my vehicle. Even after my check engine light came back on they were determined to find out the problem and get it fixed. Thanks especially to EJ and Jaylen for keeping me informed as to what was going on.

I have throughly reviewed the comprehensive report on my 2018 Jeep Cherokee. This was my visit and all info was explained in a customer friendly atmosphere. I appreciate the attention to details and the suggestions for ongoing maintenance. I will definitely return when I need automotive care.

I knew I needed an Oil Change due to the issues I was having. They Front Counter worker was polite and knowledgeable. The Oil Change took less than 8 minutes. They weren't trying to tell me things wrong about the car that I knew weren't true and let me know the actual issues, which are minor. I appreciate the quick and quality service and the car is fine again. I'm extremely appreciative of such timely and forthright service. They have my business as long as they're in Homewood

Staff is always friendly and professional, and service is always fast. They offer recommendations but not in a forceful manner. I’ve never had a bad experience or any service issues and I’ve been going here for a few years.

The experience has been great every time I get an oil change. Customer service is good I would recommend them to others.

Franklin is a great automotive service establishment. They are honest and the pricing is reasonable. I had rear brakes serviced and they told me what was, and what wasn't needed. Brad is super nice and helpful. I trust these folks, I've used them before, and I will go to them for all my automotive servicing needs.

I have been a customer of Franklin Automotive for approx. 20 years and they have serviced multiple vehicles from multiple makers for me. They are reasonably priced, located conveniently (for me), very friendly and professional and always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Really happy with the mods done on the Audi S5 Sportback. Big shout out to Nick who helped me getting the IE parts installed and tuned. Highly recommended.
