I was blown away by the service and selection Rooms To Go provided! Felicia met us at the door and explained how the store was set up and then gave us space to shop. She checked on us throughout our visit. She never bugged us or pressured us. She was the most amazing salesperson. She listened to our needs, our stories, and honestly by the time we left I felt like I had gained a friend. We didn’t buy on our first visit but we made sure to find Felicia when we came back. Week later to purchase our new den furniture. I will definitely go back.

Wife and I went in to look at a couch/loveseat set she saw online since we’re wanting to upgrade our living room. Barbara immediately greeted us at the door and was very pleasant. She answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns we had as far as what would be best for quality/durability since we have pets. She was very patient and professional in letting my wife and I try out different sets. We finally picked one we loved thanks to Barbara’s assistance. Will definitely be coming back to purchase the Shaq set in the future from her.

My daughter and I ran across Birmingham Overstock advertisement on Marketplace. We weren’t planning on buying new but was able to find the bed we wanted here at a reasonable price. Rodney helped us with what we needed. He was very kind and professional. Furniture we wanted was in stock and we were able to take it home the same day. Great service.
