We brought several inherited pieces in to see whether anything was worth selling. While we were somewhat disappointed in their real value, Mr. Nadler took the time to examine and value each piece carefully and to explain how he calculated values. No big deal, as we don't necessarily need to sell them. He was obviously busy but did not rush us or brush us off. In the end we had one other piece we almost forgot to show him, and he paid significantly more for that than we expected. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. I believe the great reputation Levy's has is well deserved.

I have had the best experience at this business. I have purchased two things from them and both times were a quick, seamless experience. They resized a ring for me that other jewler's said wasn't possible. They worked with me and now my sentimental ring fits like a dream. This means so much to me! I would recommend Levy's. They are the best in Birmingham.

Gerald was amazing!! He took time to help me figure out what design I wanted and size diamond and talked me through the design and build process. He didn’t let me get stuck on what I read about certain diamonds but helped me see the true value and picked out a diamond larger than I originally thought about getting. Best experience I could have imagined! Definitely go see Gerald! Update: I picked up my ring today and Gerald was right, the designer did a beautiful job creating the ring I wanted.
