HYATT REGENCY BIRMINGHAM-THE WYNFREY HOTEL REVIEWS

Great location! The staff was pleasant, helpful, and extremely courteous. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We visit Birmingham for work annually, and I believe we've found the hotel we'll be using going forward. There wer so many activities that were close by, especially being connected to the mall. The hotel restaurant had fabulous food options and at a reasonable price. Definitely not our last stay at this hotel.

Stayed here over the weekend for a tournament at the Hoover met. The rooms are very nice and spacious. This hotel is connected to the mall. The hotel offers valet parking for a fee which is not much more than the standard parking fee. We found the valet parking to be very convenient. Shout-out to Danielle and Kiara. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of dining options within a walking distance.

Tim Robertson was an absolute help, provided excellent directions, had a great personality and was an all around great impact on our trip. Shout out Tim.

SHERATON BIRMINGHAM HOTEL REVIEWS

Had an amazing experience with this hotel! Net helped us check in and she was super friendly, super attentive & so kind. I forgot to print off my discount form but she was able to get it from my phone. In the past other hotels would not let me do that. The hotel was nice and clean. The only negative is how long it took valet to bring you your car. I would definitely work on that. Overall, I would come back here due to the hospitality Net had.

Room was comfortable and staff were all very friendly! Also ate at the lobby restaurant and the short rib was delicious! Also a quick walk to multiple restaurants nearby. Close proximity to highway, so there's a bit of ambient road sounds, but personally did not bother me.

Great hotel, especially the newly renovated section. Right across the museum and love that so many historical sites and venues are less than a miles walk away. The salmon, au gratin potatoes, broccolini and Ceasars salf are my faves!! Staff was very friendly.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Crisp, clean white sheets and room was obviously cleaned well by staff. Everything in the room was as it should be and in working order. The only negative was that the 2 elevators were slow and had wait times every time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel lounge was pretty. Complimentary breakfast was extensive and did the job. Beautiful grounds around the hotel too! We felt safe and like we were in a nice area.

For a one night stay, the room space was good enough. It was clean and the bathroom smelled really good. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the staff were superb. There was liveliness in the lobby and sitting area where people were eating, complimentary drinks at the bar, and having late night chats. Seemed like they had a lot of festivities for the 4th of July which was nice.

I really liked how clean the place was. It feels very comfortable. The breakfast lady was super friendly saying Hello to everyone when they came out. The hotel smelled clean. I really like the free meals they have (above any free meals at any hotel I've been at). I felt safe. It's a comfortable room set up and my room had a pretty view.
