Thank you for delivering so quickly to my sister in the hospital! I found bloom & petal through Yelp and was able to order online from California. Within two hours they were sitting at her bedside! She not only received beautiful flowers but I was able to add on a kitsch sleep set! You have such a great selection. Thank you!

I was ordering flowers from Texas for the service for my much-loved former father-in-law in Birmingham, and I wanted something special for this lifelong Auburn fan. The Google reviews were almost too good to be true (really, all five stars???), but one phone call to Bloom and Petal told me immediately how they earned each and every one of those stars. Their customer service is wonderful: caring, thoughtful, warm, professional. I described what I hoped for the flowers, and as you see in the gorgeous photo, they did a beautiful job. They were even kind enough to send me a photo to reassure me about the final product since I'm 800 miles away. Highest recommendation for this incredible florist!.

This was a last minute order online as a birthday surprise for my SIL and niece. They were blown away by the gorgeous arrangements. Their service was impeccable. I received a call about an hour before they were to deliver because I gave them the wrong zip and city. I soooo appreciate they reached out to clarify so that the flowers were able to be delivered on time..

I had a wonderful experience with Norton’s. I’m from out of town and they were able to deliver my flowers to a restaurant where my daughter’s coworkers were taking her for her birthday. Norton’s delivered then in time for the restaurant to have them placed on the table before she got there. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. The flower arrangement was beautiful.

We sent flowers to our daughter for her birthday! Deliver was right as they said it would be and with great communication. She could smell the beautiful scent of the flowers before she could see them! She has called us twice to thank us and tell us how amazing they are. Thanks for making her birthday so special!

I ordered flowers for a visitation and a funeral and according to the Widow, the flower arrangement was amazing! I really appreciate knowing that our token of Love was so well received. Thank you Nortons for your outstanding service and products.
