Window world has been great to work with. They were on time, all of the installation crew were super nice and did a great installation job and Steven Nave was a great sales associate and representative of Window World. Love our new windows. While the windows were being installed I received 2 phone calls from 2 different Window world associates making sure the installation was going well and to see if I had any questions! The pricing and lifetime guarantee you get with these wonderful windows can’t be beat.

I am one proud customer. My Window World windows are amazing. They are beautiful and durable. My sales associate, Brock Cornelius, was very helpful with helping make my selection and explaining the details of my contract and warranty. He gave me all the time I needed to make my decision with no pressure. I love the fact that if I sell my home the warranty stays with the window to be used by the new owners if needed. Cathy Franks with Window World was very pleasant and friendly when called and came by in person to be sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Window World.

We had 26 wood windows replaced with the vinyl DH 4000 series beige color and full PVC exterior installed. Overall very satisfied with Joao’s crew workmanship and work ethic. Windows work well and can already tell a difference with heating/cooling inside. Only critique is this was originally scheduled as a 1-day job but should have been planned ahead of time for 2 days. That way crew could finish without being rushed and finish completely. They ended up having to come back for day 2 anyways.

I had an amazing experience with this company. My rep was Skyler his personality was very welcoming. There was never a dull moment. He made sure I was very informed about windows and it was definitely an eye opener on my past purchases. He truly showed me the quality in their product, and how they pay attention to the needs and wants of their customers.

The sales and contracting phase of my purchase was clear and simple. Skylar was attentive to my needs and desires, explaining facts and figures to my understanding and satisfaction. The final measuring process was completed thoroughly and efficiently by an obviously experienced man, whose name I can’t recall. I look forward to the installation phase, and anticipate the same congenial, courteous, and professional standards already shown.

Max was the sales rep who helped me order my entry door and he was excellent. Max was very helpful, he explained every detail and step in the door installation and he was very courteous and amiable.

Chris Meadows with Pella windows was amazing. He took the time to help me find the best and most cost-effective repair options for our job. He followed up throughout the entire process including the installation. The installation crew Including Anton and a few others, was also the best. They took time to cover the furniture and cabinets inside the house where the repairs were being performed. The installation fit perfectly.

We had our whole house redone with Pella windows and are absolutely loving them. Floyd Coffman was our salesman and Jeff Woodard was our installer they were both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Floyd has continued to call to make sure we are pleased and satisfied even after installation. They have done everything they said they would do.

Great experience with the service. Parker was top notch as a sales rep out of Auburn. Available, knowledgeable and everything happened as he said! The install crew of Austin, Colby and Nathaniel very professional and cleaned up! Polite, courteous and awesome ! Thank you for installing all our windows around the Christmas holiday easy.
