They were courteous and professional when I dropped my car off, and I especially appreciated the text info as they worked their way through the repair process. I felt informed all the way through the process so I knew approximately when they would be finished. They are located very close to Enterprise which took good care of me too. Overall, an excellent and very efficient process. I would recommend them to anyone needing a car repair. Best in Town.

Outstanding service all around. From initial phone call to picking up car. Even the owner Tad went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. This is hands down the most reliable, efficient and customer focused paint and body shop in Birmingham.

These folks are FANTASTIC. Truly top-shelf artisans in doing collision repair! A month ago I trashed the passenger side of our beloved 2020 Prius, against a pickup truck trailer hitch. Hendrick repaired the rear bumper, rear quarter, and rear passenger-side door - and we just picked it up and looks as good-as-new. I know that's a total cliche, but it's TRUE - it looks AMAZING. You'd never know the damage that was done ever occurred. Plus the STAFF ARE FANTASTIC. Todd was our estimator, and his level of meticulousness was incredible (as was his candor regarding the estimate - which was pretty much spot-on - and insurance challenges). The front-desk staff Darian and Heather are SUPER friendly and helpful; and went a long way in reducing our enormous anxiety, stress, and discouragement regarding the whole ordeal. So yeah, you won't find a better company for helping you out with collision repairs, all the way around - honest, great people with exceptional skills. THANK YOU Hendrick.
