From the time I walked through the door I felt the love! It was clean, well lite, I felt welcomed immediately upon entering. I needed a new mattress ASAP, Napoleon (the guy working) answered All my questions. His knowledge on mattress were so well presented I thought he manufactured them. The process was smooth! I laid on so many comfortable mattresses and couldn’t decide which one I wanted until Napoleon broke it down for me. He listened to my needs and match me with the perfect mattress! I spent a lil more than I planned, they do have comfortable mattress that start at 300.00 but I’m a little thick and my back is messed up from a car accident so I got the one I needed. Listen! I’ve never slept so good in my life! I immediately went into REM sleep! Please get you a good quality mattress, your sleep is vital to your overall well being. Mattress Firm has my 10.

We went to Mattress Firm in Trussville last week to buy a new mattress. The manager - Kendall - was awesome to work with! She was very professional and so knowledgeable. After listening to our experiences with other mattresses, she recommended a mattress for us. We received the mattress 2 days later and after a great night's sleep, were very happy with it! The whole experience was wonderful and so easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm with Kendall! She was personable, attentive, and took the time to understand our needs, suggesting the perfect mattress for us. Patient and friendly, she made the process smooth and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back to purchase another mattress!.

John was very knowledgeable and very personable. He took his time to educate us on our warranty claim and on the purchase of an awesome new mattress and an awesome adjustable base. Craig was very knowledgeable and after a bad experience with the place starting with an A wanting nearly 2k more for the same setup we decided to take the plunge.
