We absolutely LOVE IT here at Hawthorne at Lake Heather. They go above and beyond to make you feel special!!! We received a goodie bag upon moving in. Also we were given a hand written card welcoming us to the community. The office staff Michelle, Margaret & Caleb are always organizing events such as movie nights, special things for Mother and Father’s Day activities etc. Their communication with the residents is top notch!! The maintenance staff is awesome!!! Richard, David & Tucker work hard and when we put request in, they are completed in a timely manner. Other than needing to wait for certain supplies to be shipped ( because sometimes things nowadays are on back order) they are super fast at responding to our requests. The entire staff is very friendly and the residents are as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay, look no further!!.

My daughter lived in HLH for much of last year. I have never seen a more attentive apartment complex in my life! Maintenance was always prompt. And the office staff was constantly coming up with ways to reach out to the residents with activities and opportunities to get together. It’s a nice quiet area and the people there care.

I am so lucky to call this place home. The management and maintenance teams are both amazing and always on top of things. I love being a part of this wonderful community!.

Lived here for 8 years so far....obviously the apartments aren't brand new, but they are in a prime location! It's quiet, the apartments are surrounded by a tranquil forest and beautiful lake in the center. While it's peaceful and a great place to work from home, it also provides quick access to grocery stores, the post office, doctor offices, and more. Consider Madison Place for your next apartment!.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Anedia (Leasing Manager) while I was on my lunch break and she overheard my conversation about needing a new place. She pulled up the website and even showed me pictures of the property. She was really good at listening to my concerns and understanding my needs about what I needed in my next apt home. It was also my understanding she was new to the property but I wouldn't have been able to tell at all. She sold the property to me without me touring. She's a great asset to the property and I'm going to be setting up a tour in the next coming up weeks.

My daughter and her boyfriend moved to Madison Place about a year ago so she could finish her Bachelor's degree, and I am so thankful they chose to rent their apartment here! The grounds always seem clean and well-maintained, the amenities are amazing, the apartment is very nice and spacious, and most importantly: SEEM VERY SAFE!! These apartments are located in one of the safer areas in Birmingham, and I feel just a little more at ease knowing my daughter is living here while she finishes her degree. (Well, as "at ease" as a mother can be when her child has moved over an hour away to the city.
