Car troubles are unnerving under the best of conditions but incredibly so when they occur on a Friday of New Year’s weekend three states away from home! Add in the stress of having to find a mechanic when one knows no one while hoping whomever one calls is trustworthy, able to fix it without becoming stranded, and paying a king’s ransom and the stage is set for serious nightmares. As it turned out, I couldn’t have found a better place. Even though I called midday Friday of a holiday weekend, Trey Bowen and his team at Bowen Automotive took care of me and my car as if I were family. He ran the diagnostics, found a way to get the needed part, replace the failed part, and had me back in the driver’s seat later the same evening!!! I can’t thank Trey enough. There is nothing that can top the service and customer care provided by local hometown businesses, and I am grateful Bowen was who I came to when I needed emergency car repairs fast. Thank You.

Trey is extremely honest and straightforward. He has serviced my elderly folks’ Honda CRV several times and we always come away feeling well taken care of. There is a reason he is always running a few days backlog of work. If you read this review and take your business elsewhere you have only yourself to blame.

Took my LX470 to Trey. He quickly diagnosed my issue and preformed the work quickly, competently, and fairly priced. I would feel comfortable recommending Bowen’s to anyone.
