Mr Rooter was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The technician, Adam, was so nice. I described the problems and he was quick to troubleshoot, identify, and make the necessary repairs. Explained his actions as he worked. He followed up with testing to be sure all was in working order so I would have no further issues. He also wore his shoe covers while in the house which was much appreciated. The final cost was reasonable. i would highly recommend Adam and Mr Rooter. Thank you so very much!

The Tech (Michael) arrived as scheduled. Michael was professional and courteous. He wasn't annoyed by my questions. He quoted repair and replace options, which was very helpful to me. Mr. Rooter has remained honest with fair pricing over the years, which is why I always choose them when a plumbing problem arises.

My experience was great! I requested service online. I was quickly contacted and scheduled for same-day service. My technician arrived promptly. He was polite and worked quickly to resolve my issue. I will definitely call Mr Rooter for any future issues.

I had an issue with puddling over my septic tank after heavy use (washing 3 loads of clothes and the family showering) in a day. Mark came out the same day I called, and cleaned the septic tank and filter. The filter was completely clogged before he cleaned it. I would recommend Aardvark septic to everyone.

Mark and Jason were wonderful! We homeschool and they let the kids and me watch the whole shebang. They were so kind to the kids and even taught them all about the process as they worked. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. I called Thursday and they made it out here Friday morning.

EXCELLENT service. HONEST technician (thanks MARK). Good advise given, answered ALL questions. On Time. Quickly located tank. Cleaned up when done. Mark really went above and beyond. Reasonably priced. What else could you possibly want.

John and Hannah were awesome. We needed our tank pumped because we bought the house and it hadn’t been done since 2013. They showed up and took care of the job and gave us a lot of information on how to maintain our septic. The prices were very reasonable and we will be calling them again when the time comes. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need.
