I shop online, often for weeks, to get a clear idea of what I want and what exactly I am willing to spend. Through text I was able to arrange everything through Bentley before arriving in person, inclusive of a trade-in estimate, minimizing my time at the dealership while helping me with my intense work schedule. But my time at the dealer was great and as quick as it could be. I dealt with Sahib (some call him Sam) and while he was new and still learning, he was very kind and responsive and always willing to help. Big thanks for the diet coke!! Also, a big shout out to my finance guy, Mark. Dare I say I actually enjoyed the time with finance? Mark was great, had a hometown rapport, and I didn't feel any unnecessary pressure or as if he were condescending in any way. Great process. Thanks, yall!

Cheryl was a breath of fresh air when helping me look at options. She answered my hundreds of questions while waiting for my GMC Acadia Denali to come in, and even more once i was ready to sign all the paperwork. She walked me through all the settings and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving off the lot. I highly recommend going to see her at Bentley! Butch helped me through the finance portion. He was very friendly, not pushy. He made me feel at ease during the process. It was a quick and smooth closing. Very happy to work with him!

Saw a very appealing used car online. They took great pictures which did not hide anything. Test drove the same day with no hassle and got all the car fax. Mr George Torres was transparent, respectful and very helpful. More dealers should be this way. Final paperwork took about 30 minutes.
