Wonderful experience for our family! We came in interested in the Purple mattress. Julian was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. All our many questions were answered expertly. He gave us the perfect balance of being by our sides for questions and giving us space to talk amongst ourselves. We were shown many different mattresss and never felt rushed. He listened to our needs and made available all of the store’s options in order to facilitate them. We were given a contact number if we had any questions that turned up later. It was a truly wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to Julian and this store. We returned a few hours later to purchase our mattress and was helped by Dawn. Once again, very great experience. She answered all our questions with extreme patience and helped walk us through the financing aspect. We were given as much time as we needed for decisions and discussions. Our 8 year old son was with us this trip and he was made to feel at home, even rearranging chairs to accommodate him. A great deal of time was spent arranging a good time for delivery for our family. Dawn was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with payment information as well. I highly recommend Dawn at this store if you ever need assistance. Our family was very pleased and are anxiously anticipating our mattress delivery! Our shopping experience was absolutely fantastic, especially compared to a couple of other mattress/furniture stores in Huntsville. Julian was an incredible sales associate. He was not pushy or overbearing, he showed lots of options and worked within the budget, he didn’t push additional products unless it made sense for our needs, and he was patient when I completely switched up and chose a different mattress right before the transaction was complete! I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone and I will recommend Julian to everyone.

Ryan was so helpful! We just moved to Huntsville and signed the lease on our rental today. Our first stop was Mattress Firm to buy a new mattress for our primary bedroom. We were planning to visit a few mattress stores to compare brands and prices. But our experience with Ryan, the name brand mattresses and the prices made it simple - we didn’t need to go anywhere else!
